program to fall on landlords to combat asthma!?
um what? how about taking some responsibility like not smoking, living a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy as not to have low birth weight babies (that ups the chances of asthma doesnt it?), obviously all cases of asthma are not avoidable, but i dont think the landlords should be responsible to combat it (granted i didnt read the article) so if im spouting off at the mouth, sorry.
landlords should provide for basic safety like duh obviously if there are mold issues in the apartment that should fall on behalf of the landlords to fix, unless the tenants are having foam parties in their apartments or something.
