Bay Ridge was the only neighborhood in Brooklyn mentioned in the article with wait lists. How nice that is for all those who moved waayy out there almost exclusively for access to public schools. They may as well have moved to CT or NJ, now. (I love Bay Ridge; I just think people should be honest in describing its commute times).
