Clinton Hill Halloween Walk
The Society for Clinton Hill puts on its annual Halloween Walk tonight. Kids in costume and accompanied by an adult can pick up a map of the 40 most treat-worthy homes in the area from the community garden at the corner of Dekalb and Hall Street between 5 and 6:30 p.m. The highlight of the evening is sure to be the Alien-themed show on the lawn in front of 313 Clinton Avenue (above). Performances are every half hour starting at 5 p.m.
Park Slope Civic Council Halloween Parade
Today, celebrate Halloween at the largest annual children’s parade in New York City. Join the Headless Horseman and 10,000 other participants down Seventh Avenue, marching to the rhythms of Paprika, Eternal Buzz Brass Band and Hearts of Steel. Wednesday, 6:30 p.m. Parade begins at corner of Sixth Avenue and 12th Street. (718) 832-8227.
Restoration Plaza Halloween and Harvest Fest
While the Brooklyn Children’s Museum is undergoing renovations, its annual Halloween event will take place at Restoration Plaza (1368 Fulton Street). The $3 admission gives kids access to a wide range of activities, including making cornhusk dolls, getting their face painted and touching live reptiles. The festival takes place from 4 to 7 p.m.
Gravesend Inn: A Haunted Hotel
Today, the Department of Entertainment Technology at NYC College of Technology and Theatreworks, the College’s theatrical troupe, host the ninth annual Gravesend Inn: A Haunted Hotel. Wednesday, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. $6, $4 children 12 and younger. 186 Jay Street. (718) 260-5592.
Annual Prospect Park South Halloween Parade
All little ghouls and goblins should gather at 5 p.m. at the corner of Albemarle Road and Westminster Road to take part in the the Annual Albemarke Parade; the parade, which will feature civil war soldiers playing fife and drum, begins at 5:30. Bring noisemakers!
Williamsburg’s Witches Walk & Halloween Bash
Kicking of at the Flying Squirrel at 96 North 6th Street at 4 p.m., mini-hipsters in disguise will process through the Burg, with stops at local stores for free hand-outs; later, at 6:30 p.m., check out the Gwendolyn and the Good Time Gang gig at Mamalu (232 North 12th Street) where there will also be costume prizes.
West Midwood Halloween Parade
Kids in costume should gather at Glenwood Road between Rugby and the Q train cut at 5:30 for the Annual West Midwood Halloween Parade. The special guest this year is Clifford the Big Red Dog. The parade starts at 6:15 p.m. and proceeds down Glenwood Road to Westminster Road before dispersing into individual trick-or-treating throughout the neighborhood. Drinks will be provided but please bring donuts, cookies and cupcakes.

just got back from the williamsburg festivities. love halloween in the billyburg for my toddler. this is the best the neighborhood for kids. soooo much fun.
