I was pretty sure it was CG but hedged with G because there are some like this south of Gowanus Houses, but I forget the block.
These ones on 4th Place are decent 2 bdrm rentals when they come up (under $2,500 – which ain’t bad for the location). Alas, the lower two floors and parking are reserved for the owner-occupant.

My bad…west/northwest…take your little yellow Google man for a walk down 4th Place between Court and Smith…standing on either corner you would have no clue what is in the middle (around No. 123)…in fact, if you had your back to it, you would never guess what was behind you.
