please adopt a pet, do not buy one. its not bloomingdales and you should not return it, ever. there is no way the city will be no kill by 2015 (just redefining the word “adoptable” isn’t going to cut it). and yes it an be as expensive health care as for an uninsured human, but it s so worth it if you can afford it and have a few positive requisite qualities as a human being.
