Design Professional Pays $925K at 110 Livingston [Blockshopper]
that whole blockshopper blog is bizarre. it basically just reports sales in detail. web traffic ho.
I looked at the “D” there — non-remarkable 2 bed/2 bath that sold for about for $840K — probaly to a flipper (although you were not supposed to be able to flip). Big deal.
The article is over a year old. It’s dated Sunday February 3, 2008 and the sale occured on 1/31/08. Looks like most of the stories on “Blockshopper” are from sales in Brooklyn Heights from last year. Very stale information.
Thats exactly what I was thinking – what an odd story.
Is it becuase its the only condo sold in Brooklyn in the last two months?
Why is it news that these “design professionals,” whom I’ve never heard of, paid $925k for a condo???? I didn’t see a story in any papers when I paid over $800k for a brownstone in Bed Stuy and it would certainly be more newsworthy that a new Asshat moves into a neighborhood like that.
