how much do these places go for?
Yes, 11th between 3rd & 4th. One of the best collections of attached frames in Brooklyn. Nice variety. I discovered this block a little too late, but if you are redoing an attached frame exterior, survey this block for paint colors and combinations, molding, trim and cornice ideas, siding options, mansard design etc.
TCulver, Remodelista every day?
It’s actually on 11th street between 3rd Avenue and 4th Avenue. It’s a pretty block….both of those houses were renovated and painted within the past 4 years. They did a really nice job on both. The yellow house used to have the fattest, biggest cat I’ve ever seen…his name was Boss and he was the sweetest thing. I miss that block!
Before one asks, one should look.
11th & 5th according to megunski’s flickr photo.
I wasn’t far off.
Where was that beautiful photo taken? Does anyone know? Megunski, I love your work.
Love the yellow and blue houses.
Where is this? I’ll guess, greenwood or sunset park.
