She could have had it worse. She could have gotten stuck in East New York or some far flung slum in the Bronx. For all we know, she’s probably living in a not too shabby brownstone. That and the Marcy Projects are not all that far from Clinton Hill or South Side Billyburg. The broker wasn’t lying that badly.
