Those homes look like what a modern architect would come up with if they were restricted to the finishing materials in use in Greenpoint, Bushwick, et. al. In particular, the flat row houses on the right side look exactly like the featureless 4-story rows found in those neighborhoods.
Glad to know that 100% NYC taxpayers get to pay for subsidized housing that .000019% get to live in.
