yep, okay to take photos in the subway. pretty sure the coffee cup is evidence of still-verboten beverage consumption.
That city ordinance has been revoked. It was in all of the papers. Anyone receiving a fine/citation can get it overturned a the police are no longer permitted to issue such fines.
