Come on! No real post for the end debackle on 421-a? I was chomping at the bit, so to speak… 😉
Hopefully AM Vito Lopez can put the screws to this at the State level and either make this a bill worth saving (and further adjusting) or find a way to kill it once and for all. And in the mean time, the abatement just keeps getting abused till 2008…
