Norman Oder’s “work” is always replete with words like “suggests”, “may”, “possible”, etc. He is forever trying to wring a story out of nothing.
Yes Pedro Espada is a genius – freeze rents for 10 YEARS on those making less than 45K – wow I hope those people who are making less than 45K like their apartments, cause that will be the last one any private LL will ever rent to them. BRILLIANT!
By “there” I mean Prospect Park.
When I used to ride my bike up Ocean Parkway as a child the smell of the stables was the first sign that I was almost there.
Keep the horses. The stable’s been there “forevah.”
Still horrible, that is.
Come on, BOD, it’s still to lose a child in an accident like this. According to the news on tv last night, the child was running, slipped on the ice and fell under the bus, which was just getting ready to pull out. The driver couldn’t see him, and rolled over him. It really was no one’s fault. To make matters worse, the driver and the child’s family were close friends. I can’t imagine the horror and sorrow.
horses dont belong in a damn city anyway. period.
less horses = less annoying bratty snotty horse riding chicks who grow up to think their poop dont stink.
*rob*
I saw raccoon in my backyard last summer. Will there be goats this year?
Damn, I’ll prolly have to close shop (stable) now.
