oh.my.god. so now whenever a firefighter is hurt or dies because they RUN INTO A BURING BUILDING, someone is going to pay. that is FCUked. you could very well say that with every fire there is someone or something to blame. oh, i left my cigar on the couch… blame me for negligence… how retarded. i’m an architect and I can say without a doubt that if you applied the letter of the law to any apartment rowhouse… there would be violations of life safety. these might have be gross violations, but that’s part of their training. another case of american’s bad habit of finding anyone but themselves to blame.
