Ok, Wine Lover, I know it’s pointless to respond to that kind of trollery, but the Hispanic illegals are some of the hardest working, most family oriented people I have ever met. They often have more than one job, the ones who pay taxes will never see a dime of social security, they don’t break the law in general but also because they don’t want to be deported, and they are often picked on because of attitudes like yours and because they are reluctant to report crimes to the police.
The gang and drug activity I see in Brooklyn is with natives and LEGAL immigrants. And remember, not every Spanish speaking person here is an illegal.

LOL dipster about the warriors comment. that movie rocks. i recently picked up a used copy of the warriors for the ps2, it’s based on the movie. i was kinda shocked that ever other word of dialogue in the video game was f@ggot this f@ggot that. :-/ im not a prude, but i was sorta shocked cuz i normally buy cheesey old school video games like pac man and stuff.

21 murders a year is NOT a lot, im sorry. and since most of the murders are gang members on gang members and domestic disputes, it’s even less significant. of course zero murders would be nice. i really am actually surprised it’s that low. what are stats for other neighborhoods in nyc?

Especially when compared to most of the Brownstone Brooklyn neighborhoods which typically see 1 or 2 a year (except Bed Stuy and Crown Heights).
