The Flea as Food Incubator
The website Food Curated just posted this great (in our totally unbiased opinion) video about the food scene at The Flea, calling it a local food artisan incubator, which is exactly what it’s become. We can remember in late 2007 trying to decide whether or not to have food at The Flea. Glad we did!

Total marshmellow central.
Ick. ‘food’ and ‘incubator’ should never be used in the same sentence.
All i can think of is fluffy chicks or molding petri dishes.
