A tattoo parlor is replacing a beauty salon on Washington Avenue, the busy strip that divides Prospect Heights from Crown Heights. Signage at 725 Washington Avenue (near Park Place) went up today. Just down the street are Kimchi Grill, neighborhood landmark Tom’s Restaurant, and the future home of cocktail bar and restaurant Sunshine Co. GMAP
