Nice. A few of those “contemporary masters” teach at the school I went to, so that’s exciting.
But why does their site call the neighborhood “Park Slope Historic District”?

yeah parts of me remind me of industrial old west chelsea. i like the streetscapes. it seems like it’s getting an art scene as well (unless it’s always been like that and i didnt know)
