Great for Mr. Lynch! The head instructor coming to this school is amazing. I trained under him at the school at 13th ave. I always had a caring teacher who took out time to go over Jiu-Jitsu with me. The staff is like life coaches, any challenges you may be facing they are receptive to work with you to overcome them.
I wish Mr. Lynch the best of luck, I wish that everyone in the neighborhood jumps on board for this one! You will see some great results.

THey always have awsome classes, seminars, and students. THe mats and schools are always super clean. They even offer protective foam for students skin to safeguard personal clenlieness. Ive never heard of another school that dose that.
I highly recommend this place to any one looking to try something different and get into amazing shape.

I’ve been training in Jiu-Jitsu for years and the guys that run this place are amazing. I’ve had the opportunity to train with them quite a bit and they’re the best I’v ever seen. Its not just that their technique is the best, although it is, but its the way they care about their students and their training partners that’s so impressive.
A lot of Jiu-Jitsu schools take on a “survival of the fittest” attitiude, But Professors Dunn and Glick make it clear that the Martial Arts is for everyone. They don’t believe that the person they’re training with has to fail or lose in order for them to feel good about themselves.
Its definitely the safest and cleanest Martial Arts environment I’ve ever seen. I will absolutely be telling everyone in the area that I know to check it out!
I’m a student of one of the Brooklyn Brazilian Jui-jitsu school’s. And I’ve been to alot of other Brazilian Jui-jitsu schools before coming to this one and let me tell you. All the ones that I’ve gone to are just full of people who just want to injure you to teach you and really dont care about you or your safety or your progress at all.
I’ve been with this school for quite sometime now I have my blue belt with them and they’ve really shown me how much they care about me and my progress in the martial arts, its like family with them at the schools. I would have never been able to get my blue belt in Jui-jitsu if not for there instructors and the team they have working at the Brooklyn Brazilian Jui-jitsu schools. What made me stick with them instead of the other schools I saw was that they made me really feel safe and at home, that was important for me, not to mention how clean the schools are they are very clean.
And I can tell you first hand Myrtle Ave. is so lucky to have a Brooklyn Brazilian Jui-jitsu school coming to Myrtle Ave. Professor Lynch is such a great instructor and his explanation and understanding of techniques are so precise. He really knows how to make you understand Jui-jitsu and make you feel safe and comfortable doing the moves. Which for me was one of the most important reasons I’m with them and that I choose this school. Professor Lynch is such a great teacher when this school opens he’s going to blow your mind away!!

This looks like a really great place, I have passed a few times while construction is going. Looking forward to seeing awesome Jiu-Jitsu.
