I heard that an arts center of some kind was taking over this space. I think they specialize in weaving and textile design, but I’m not positive. Would be a great addition to the neighborhood though…

this place keeps getting coverage…but what about around the corner on Smith/Warren at subway entrance….New building, also papered windows…
looks like 2 floors of restaurant and maybe a residence above. Nice modern looking structure.
I find the whole papering over the widows ritual ridiculous. Doesn’t seem to serve any purpose and just costs your $15 in paper and tape, and a hour or two.
That’d be a great space for a motorcycle or scooter shop.
