It is really 16.5 ft wide. The extra 6″ is worth several 100K more. Just ask your wife.
People often wonder how people afford these pricey houses. Well this buyer seems to have ‘only’ 500K mortgage.
So could seem that many of buyers of expensive props are coming in with big equity.
I agree with Serge. I always loved the Garfield Place house. I was saving up my soda cans to one day buy the place.
