Real Estate Broker Setting Up Shop on 7th Avenue
According to this photo sent in by IMBY, Park Slope is getting a new real estate office. Brownstone Real Estate is in the process of setting up shop at 372 7th Avenue. It shouldn’t be too radical a change for the nabe—it’s the former office of Innovation Real Estate. GMAP

good luck to these folks. It takes alot of gusto, let’s see if they can pull it off. This has to be about the third or fouth broker in this spot. Lot’s of luck.
If the contract wasn’t signed by the owner, it is not illegal to accept another offer. You can’t blame the broker as its up to the owner to execute the contracts – if someone comes in last minute and offers extra $$$, the broker, assuming they’re representing the seller, is obligated to submit it, they can get sued if they don’t but you should be upset they didn’t give you a chance to counter.
yah think?
Xander Crews needs new material.
Park Slope HAS an OTB on 5th Avenue and 11th Street.
Been there forever and a day.
Park Slope needs an OTB
Hadassa (spelling?) is/was the owner, and I believe this is still the case, unless she’s a lawyer it’s not legal for a broker to prepare a contract of sale…
I’m not being snarky here eyepenn…but in your opinion…what exactly DOES Park Slope need with regard to retail that it doesn’t currently have on 5th, 7th or Flatbush…?
Awesome. Just what Park Slope needs.
