Popular PLG Coffee Spot Biting the Dust?

According to The Q at Parkside, the popular (and oddly-named) PLG coffee spot and gathering place K-Dog & Dunebuggy may not be long for this earth. Given its important role in the neighborhood’s evolution (much-needed local gathering place or symbol of gentrification?), this is big news. As Bob Marvin put in in a comment, “K-Dog transformed Lincoln Road from a block many people walked down only to go to the subway or the park to the vital center of our neighborhood.”
