Pooper Scooper Redux

When I went to put the barrels away last night, I found a “gift.” What annoyed me most was, given the choice between (1) a general garbage can, (2) metal and plastic recycling and (3) paper recycling, the friend of man’s best friend chose the last.

Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) he did not snap a photo.
