Here’s another piece of advice- you don’t have to be strident. You can easily make your points without the rants and the insults. As for 5000 years of civilization and gay marriage- you must not know much about civilization or biology, other than your own narrow view of it. Many other civilizations were not so prejudiced as the one you espouse. And more to the point- if you believe in this country and what it stands for, then you believe in equality for everyone. Period. If gays can pay taxes and fight in the military (and they most certainly do) they have the same rights and privileges as every other American- whether you like it or not.
No, he did focus on the Stimulus first. I didn’t mention it because it seemed to originate more in Congress. The “Stimulus” was a total fail (unless you were a state worker whose day of termination was postponed 1-2 years).
We have 16% real unemployment, and almost 10% nominal unemployment with the Stimulus. With sane governance from the President and Congress, unemployment would be in the 7-8% range at this point. Instead, we have zero to show for it except more mega-debt.
