I am looking at the dollar.. I would not be surprised if we get a bottom on the dollar in the short term.. I am looking at the previous lows and we are getting close to them.. If the dollar rebounds I see the market lowering .. But the Goverment will be back to printing.. And then if the USA economy is not on solid ground the dollar will be in trouble…
COBBLE , its safe for now… If companies don’t start hiring in the next couple of months we will get a double dip. And that would be really bad…
It was a moderately priced home for Hoboken.. Any townhome in Hoboken is going to be over 1 million and the one I bid on was 1.4.. I thought my low all cash bid would take it but there are much deeper pockets than me bidding on these homes also.. It sucks cuz it had a good backyard and all..

HoboROCKS, worst for me today. Boss have nerve to make me cover him on a ton of mtgs today. Sitting in conf rms where no decisions are made is not how I like to spend my workday. posting on BStoner much more better use of my time & Intellect
kidding aside, bidding on a well priced home often ends up being over-bid. diff story if that happened on a high priced one but then I dont think you would’ve bid on it. Net is your got the $$$, suitable supply forthcoming
