Snappy, I’ve seen that house in person – from the sidewalk. The porch and entry way were blocked with a mattress and debris. It looked like a caricature of a foreclosure. More to the point, it looked like a piece of the mansard roof was missing.

There was or is a very nice townhouse for sale a few doors down in near-perfect, move-in condition. I think they were asking $500,000 or $600,000.

If I am not mistaken, this block is one block from the projects, but not too far from the express train or the Heights. But I could be mixed up.
