Take a Brooklyn trip in vintage style with the New York Transit Museum this month.
Climb aboard historic subway cars selected from the collection of the museum for a leisurely ride on the BMT Brighton line. Swipe your MetroCard at the Brighton Beach station and hop aboard one of the trains traveling to and from the B/Q platform. There will be two routes offered during the weekend event. You can take a short round trip to Ocean Parkway or a longer journey to Kings Highway.

The vintage rides will take place between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29. Be aware that riders will only be able to get on and off the vintage cars at the Brighton Beach station. The exact vintage cars that will be used that day will be announced closer to the weekend.
