A lot has changed on this stretch of Dekalb Avenue near Throop in one year. The building at left, No. 824, has a new facade and the building on the property at right, No. 822, has been demolished. No. 824 sold in December for $499,000, according to PropertyShark, and has a full vacate and partial stop work order. We could not find a new building application or any information about plans for No. 822. The two appear to be owned separately (one by an LLC). GMAP
