I hate this building the back is all brownstone or new stucco like material and the front is grey plastic and plexiglass. Yuk!
Yeah yeah yeah Park Place is landmarked and that section of Flatbush is not.
Regarding registration and typekey – if you post at work, it can be difficult to use these things. I can’t have validations sent to my work email, would have to wait til I get home. This is a deterrent.
Regarding your pic – did anyone ever look at the apartments in this building. I don’t know how they sell them. They don’t have central heating, just these huge units by the windows like the ones in motels. Is this typical of condos? It looks so tacky. And the layouts are strange to say the least. Some of them have a view of the back of the billboard. Not a great addition to Flatbush
