Hotel Coming to 39th St. [Sunset Park Blog]
It really depends how you look at it, on some maps sunset park extends to 9th avenue in accordance to the zip code 11232. On other maps the border coincides with the line between the 66 precinct and 72 precinct at 8th avenue. But either way the new “hotel” is located a mere 100 feet from 8th avenue.
East of 8th Avenue is Boro Park.
