I don’t have a beard either — at least not on my good days — but we went to Traif and it was awesome. Really amazing.
I do not mingle with beans, mopar. Hopefully the beans don’t mingle with salmon either 🙂
Also have no beard- but if you open that restaurant you can be sure I’ll check it out!
I think Traif is a hilarious name.
“graffiti artists have infiltrated the “art” market and are being hailed by the masses now”…if hailed by masses then can’t be serious art.
Did anyone see there’s a new restaurant in South Williamsburg called “Traif”? I’m not sure if it’s where Hassidim can eat bacon. I guess it goes with the non-kosher bike shop. We are thinking this is the perfect time to open “Frum Artisten,” a kosher hipster restaurant that will look kind of like Dressler and serve a lot of Montessori-schooled duck, salmon, beans, and green vegetables, where people with beards (hipster or hassidic) can mingle.
Is there anything positive to be said about Yvette Clark?
Peterbklyn – go check out the movie Exit Through the Gift Shop at Landmark Sunshine or Lincoln Plaza – you will either be amused or horrified that graffiti artists have infiltrated the “art” market and are being hailed by the masses now….
I don’t know, Kens. I just posted that question in the Weekend OT and another thread.
yes, interesting graffiti featured when last week he was upset city painted line down center of a street to mark traffic lanes and thought ugly. Well, I think graffiti is much more offensive and destruction of private property.
Where is the OT?
