All the rental buildings in DT BK are frustrating. The Brooklyner is priced well, but has crappy layouts (for studios) and located in the middle of nowhere. Brooklyn Gold has nice finishes but is in an even worse location. 80 Dekalb has a decent location but is super expensive.
