“Boro Boom”? – old news. why? what about now?
Noisy neighbors are not limited to NYC. I’m finding the very issue in a Putnam County Phillipstown Condo 10516. The result of a noisy neighbor waking and keeping us awake between 3am and 5am 7 days a week, is Sleep deprivation. Thus looking for a way to make the Condo Board see that this is an issue I was not aware of upon purchase of my condo unit and to get them to stop noisy neighbor and bring 1970’s code noisy building up to 2006 building code.

The guy says he paid 775,000 and put in another 3,000,000=3,775,000.
now, even if he sells every foot of the “Total Gross Area of Building: 5,951 Sq. Ft.” at an average of $700 per sqft, that would=4,165,700.
-a measly 3% brokers commission=4,040,729. I find it very hard to believe that the developer would go thru all the hassle for that kind of return. Please, somebody explain!!
Thank you….
This is so sad but yet also very scary at the same time. Do you think this is a one-time event or does random acts of violence such as this one happen often in Prospect Park? As a prospective home buyer in the area, I am a bit shaken by this news….
