Community Board 6 Meeting
Today, Community Board 6 holds a meeting on housing, human services, landmarks, and land use. Representatives for the Department of Housing Preservation and Development present on and discuss affordable housing, as well as review Certificate of Appropriateness applications submitted to the Landmarks Preservation Commission. Monday, 6:30 p.m. Secondary Schools for Law, Justice and Research, 237 7th Avenue, between 4th/5th Streets.

Fort Greene-Clinton Hill Town Hall Meeting
Brooklyn for Peace hosts a meeting tonight entitled “Endless War? or End This War!!” Professor Stuart Schaar (Retired Professor Middle Eastern History at Brooklyn College) will speak and answer questions.
