Haha, there’s my backyard.
The Shaker Condos are brilliant!
Mr. B, please consider doing a story on them. This is the best looking rehab I’ve seen in any neighborhood, for this amount of money. The built-in in the bedroom is worth the apartment. Modern, yet historic, great detail. I sound like a broker, but I’m just really excited by something new that looks good without being overly slick, and is affordable to many people.
More from this builder, please!
