MNS: Brooklyn Rents Generally Up

MNS’s latest rental market report shows rents on one-bedrooms rose the most of any type of apartment, while rents on studios were slightly down. According to the report, rents are highest in Dumbo (average one-bedroom=$3,572) and Brooklyn Heights ($3,167). Of the neighborhoods the firm tracks, rents were lowest in Bay Ridge ($1,321/month for a one-bedroom) and Bedford Stuyvesant ($1,413).
