I used to live in that building. They did a slip shot renovation back in the late 80’s and chopped the apartments up to double the occupancy and revenue. Big surprise huh? There is no insulation between the apartments. Your next door or upstairs neighbor can sneeze, you say bless you and he say thank you without raising your voice. There were many a winter morning when you awoke to no heat or hot water and depending on where your apartment is, you might have an issue with mice. Besides that, it’s a great building…lol
Does anyone know anything about the interiors, floorplan of this apartment or this building in general? Just curious because it’s a great street, pretty great block, near the C train (if that’s considered good 🙂 ) and it looks like a nice building.
