75 Poplar is a condo. Pic is not right but 75 is visible here — red brick bldg down Poplar. The parking that comes with these places is NICE. Charges may be higher because it’s been a condo for a long time and all abatements may have expired
Poplar Street is a condo actually.
Changed the 75 Poplar photo…that look right?
Poplar says coop, which usually means monthly maintenance charges, which would include any taxes, which are paid by the coop corporation. so…something is not quite right with this post. maybe it is just the wording
Those are monster monthly charges (common + taxes of $2,200 per month) for a condo near the expressway. Your’e looking at a monthly payment of $6,00-$7,000K.
Wow. I know there has been much discussion about 505 Court, but 14% price reduction is quite a bit, I think.
Seems it took longer to sell these, and all resulted below asking price.
I don’t think this pic is 75 Poplar — I think it’s next door.
