Sales have started and interior renderings are now available for 14 condos at the former 84th precinct police station at 72 Poplar Street in Brooklyn Heights, as Curbed was the first to report. The two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments range in size from 1,424 to 3,368 square feet and are asking from $1,600,000 to around $6,000,000. Designed by Freyer Architects, the building will feature a gym, lounge, bike storage, virtual doorman and parking. Some of the apartments will have outdoor space.

The former garage next door will become a two-story townhouse with a one-story addition, a one-car garage, a private, landscaped rear garden and a roof deck. Construction began during the summer of 2012, after Landmarks approved a two-story addition, and is scheduled to wrap up in the next month or two, according to the developer, the Daten Group. Move-ins will start this summer.

Check out interior renderings after the jump.
