This is a 9 minute walk to the 2/5 subway station, through Flatbush. hmmm.
That’s an interesting area, with a lot of row houses and solid apartment buildings, not far from the new Lowe’s theater and Sears, but still this is very ambitious for condos or rentals.
Is Flatbush “Brownstone Brooklyn”? There are a lot of turn of the century row houses around here, although maybe not “brownstones”.
