can anyone tell me what the average monthly costs are for owning a brownstone in parkslope, not incuding r.e. taxes which, i imagine are the largest variable? what do these costs represent besides heat, water, insurance, and electricity? an approximately 3500-4000 square foot home. thanks
yeah, I think the weekly theme’s a neat idea. I agree, would love to see more.
well, i loved the gates of the day…
Does that mean you’ll be changing it every week? How about windowbox of the day? Exterior door of the day? Window of the day? House numbers? Brick? Mailboxes…all the things we love about brownstones…how about a new feature every week?
No need for people to get all ornery! I just meant that I didn’t get it, not that I hated it and think it should be removed. Just meant that “me confused” ugggh.
Don’t worry, everyone, it was just a little one-week lark…No hidden meanings. Starting Monday, we’ll be gates-free! Kind of fun to watch everyone not being sure what to make of it.
I like the gates. They’re a random part of the urban fabric which make the city interesting. Keep ’em coming.
I feel like stoner is trying to break out of their drab brown palette and come up with something entirely fresh.
