can they lure BH and Court Street folks across Adams Street to eat? that is question….
my guess is no. people in BH and CH don’t have Fulton Street on their radar. In order for this place to do well it needs to attract folks who would not ordinarily be there. That is going to be their challenge. The every-day Fulton St. bargain hunter is not going to spend more for a cheeseburger than he or she has to.
a cheeseburger, fries and a “hand spun” shake is about $16.
They may want to think up a “dollar menu”.
I wonder if this will be a hit or a miss? The area caters to a very specific demographic. Quite different than Manhattan.
