“Hotel planned for 822 4th Ave in Greenwood” at 29th Street — just a few days ago Brownstoner wrote about the top math scores of PS 172, which is located at 825 4th Ave at 29th Street, and called it Sunset Park. Is Greenwood a subsection of Sunset Park? I’m actually asking this.
