  1. Are potential renters the ones complaining or just the politicians? I’d be perfectly happy using the “poor door’ if it meant below market rates. And if I was a buyer, I’d indeed want seperate entrances and amenities. Many examples of buildings where there are seperate entrances (courthouses, stadiums, residential, etc). Talk about an engineered ‘issue’.

    • Perfectly stated!!!! Sadly this is what our media/politicians/professional racebaiters seem to thrive off these days. They should be SHAMED until it stops.
