I thought the same thing when I read the article. I passed by that building the other day and it’s obvious to anyone with eyes that it’s higher than four stories.
The curbed boymelgreen story is bs. The guy who sent the email is mixing up two different buildings — and anyway, the structure of the 12 story building is already finished, so I don’t see how he could be in on some secret scoop about how the building is going to be 12 stories.
