That Brooklyn Paper article is a joke. Look at their so-called “analysis” of the Dock Street view issue (the graphic titled “Points of View.”) They claim only 2 spots in all of Dumbo will have views of the bridge blocked by the project. That’s demonstratably false by their own map, which shows the tall part of the building sitting in between the bridge and many streets.
