  1. Regarding 2 new residential towers for Myrtle: Gee, 20 units of low income housing in a building of 1500 units, and that qualifies the developer to get greater density in his project, as well as push the rest of his affordable housing way off site? Wow. Reminds me of affirmative action programs where they would hire 2 minorities in a business of a thousand employees and then brag about how “diverse” they were. Not to mention that this will probably look like a fortress to protect the new people from the projects across the street. Also nice of them not to give a crap about the real shopping needs of the people in that neighborhood.
