Read that Furman Report from Times article about affordability.
In stats for CB6- PkSlopeCarrollGardens…median income is down in past 3 years and # of new housing units only increased by 100.
So how does that jive with idea place becoming so gentrified and only rich living there, and so much building going on, etc?
Gee, I wonder if that wire was placed by a landlord or a tenant….
