ironic that there is a pic of quincy street that precedes the article about scary at night. my friend got followed and then robbed at gunpoint returning to her apartment there. no thanks.
Exactly, 6:46! Do we all get assigned colors and flags? It’s so juvenile. It’s embarassing. Just wait ’til the larger media notices and follows the snarkey cattiness between Brooklyn neighborhoods and writes it up, just like they did about the lost child’s cap argument on Park Slope Parents site. Then the whole country can laugh at we idiot yuppies in Brooklyn again. Nice.
If I were a Park Sloper, I’d be very embarrassed to have that website associated with my neighborhood.
What’s with the neighborhood ‘nationalism’? Are we in summer camp or something? Do we need to have little contests to see who’s the best to make ourselves feel all warm and fuzzy about our neighborhoods? Bizarre.
Oh no–not that Park Slope 100 greatest people again…will the nannies be thanked again this year?
