The understated coffee spot Bidonville that used to occupy 49 Willoughby Avenue in Fort Greene closed last year, but locals needing a coffee fix are going to be able to get their fix again soon: The guy behind the Pedigree sneaker shop next door (and the Hideout bar down the block on Adelphi) is refashioning the cozy space into a high-end coffee and espresso bar that he hopes to open some time next month. i’m really excited by this place, but to those of you who even consider CT muffin…have you not tried the delicious bakery on vanderbilt at myrtle? they only have drip coffee but it is some of the best i have ever tasted.
i think this spot could make a great coffee bar by day and wine bar by night…

Yeah, there are already like 10 different coffee shops on dekalb/willoughby east of the park. Fulton is stuck with shit-ass CT Muffin. Somebody save us!
